Get your young engineers into the fall season with our specialized Veterans Day STEM Salute Science Camp that will have them saying WOW!

11/10 and 11/11 School is out, but our awesome camp at our Bird Rock WOW Factory location is open.

Join us for a smart and playful way to learn the fundamentals of S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).

Students will:

  • Design a parachute and participate in a Catapult Engineering Challenge (Engineering)
  • Experiment with Morse Code and Circuits (Technology)
  • Learn about airplanes and flight by testing the weight on paper airplanes (Science and Technology)
  • Code a tribute card to a veteran or service member, and we will print it on cardstock! (Technology and Art)

Develop skills in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, language, literacy, cooperative learning, and teamwork.
Projects are designed specifically for children ages 4-10, and they will love every minute of this fun, hands-on camp.

Restrictions

Participants must be entering grades transitional kindergarten to 5.
