PBE Yoga + Mindfulness

Our yoga and art class uses mindfulness activities, movement games, and art to engage children physically and mentally while making yoga come to life! Our weekly curriculum focuses on key components like self-reflection, self-control, self-respect, self-esteem, confidence, positive values, and respect for others. Benefits include:
